About Me
I discovered The Law of Attraction (LOA) and 6 other spiritual laws about 6 years ago when I started reading books by Deepak Chopra. Before him I would read Dale Carnegie and other similar "motivational" authors, but I was never quite satisfied with what I learned from them and often felt like I was observing an Amway meeting, cheerleading camp or almost a cult when associating with followers of these folks. I apologize if that offends anyone, but I am not wired to be perky, smiley or even very social all the time.
I think it is not enough to practice positive habits--you have to adjust your entire Belief System.... Just like it is not enough to simply "diet"... you must permanently change your entire lifestyle to maintain your health. This is the bases for holistic living. In order for me to "re-wire", I have to BELIEVE not just practice.
When 2 amazing videos came out... "What the Bleep do We Know..." and "The Secret" I began to delve more into the spiritual and scientific aspects of how thought is creation. I highly recommend reading Masaru Emoto's books about water to really be inspired in the realm of how thought affects your environment and your body.
I am a writer by training and trade. I write a monthly article for NASA: http://www.nasa.gov/exploration/thismonth/this_month_main.html amongst other things.
I have a dark side and I hope anyone who wishes to be my friend can accept that. On my own time I write dark fiction. I am currently working on a Vampire novel. I very much enjoy writing about, researching and discussing the dark side of things. :-) I have my own Ning site that is a sanctuary for others who recognize both the light and dark in themselves and the world.
If it wasn't for the darkness in ourselves, we couldn't recognize the light in others.
