Thank you for this. I was listening to it while my special needs grandson was trying to go to sleep(having a real difficult time relaxing)and it calmed him. He then was able to go to sleep. He has Turettes,OCD,ADHD,Aspergers,and severe anxitey, so when he is upset or overly tired he can't relax and go to sleep. So again Thank you for this video,it was a big help to him and me!
